Wine and champagne can be delivered by appointment with the name, date, and room in which it is to be served written on the box.(e.g. Smith-Thursday 12/26-Grande Galerie).

The transporters must take the wine as far as the wine cellar.

All equipment (flowers, decorations, material) must be set up and removed by the organisers before 8am (at the closure of the wedding night) for the caterers and the decorations.
